3. If any RIP Servers or Video Servers are not active, perform the following tasks to
power cycle the FreeFlow Print Server and to restart the CiPress™ Printer UI:
a) On the FreeFlow Print Server UI, select System > Shutdown.
The FreeFlow Print Server powers off. The green colored server power indicator
lights on the server rack go from a state of steady on to a state of slowly flashing
b) Power on the servers in the FreeFlow Print Server Rack by pressing the power button
on each unit.
The green colored power indicator light on each server goes from a state of slowly
flashing to a state of steady on.
c) Ignore the fault that appears on the CiPress™ Printer UI.
d) Perform the

procedure.
4. Repeat step 1 and step 2 of this procedure.
5. If all RIP Servers and Video Servers still do not show an Active status, contact Xerox
for assistance.
