9. Type or select the name for the new print line definition.
Note
The name of the new print line definition can be a maximum of 16 characters
including spaces. Remember to use a descriptive name that will be understood by all
operators in Run view and also on FreeFlow Print Server when creating queues.
10. Select Enter.
The Save Print Line window displays with the new print line name in the Enter Name
field.
11. Select OK.
The new print line name appears on the Paper Path menu.
Note
The paper path list is in ascending alphabetical order.
Removing a Device from a Print Line Definition
1. In the Definitions view, select the Print Line tab and then select the Paper Path
sub-tab.
2. From the Paper Path menu, select the paper path containing the device you want to
remove.
The print line device icons display at the bottom of the window.
3. Select the icon for the device you want to remove.
The Remove button becomes available.
Note
You cannot remove the print engine from the print line.
4. Select Remove.
The device icon is no longer in the print line at the bottom of the window.
5. Select the Save icon.
The Save Print Line window opens.
6. Verify that the Print Line you have removed the device from appears in the Enter
Name field and select OK.
A warning dialog box displays.
7. Select Yes to keep the same name for the print line defintion.
The device is no longer part of the print line definition.
