The Definitions sub-tab displays.
3. Select Export All.
The Export Definitions window displays and the exported Definitions are in a .zip file
shown in the File Name field.
4. Under Select Destination, select the USB device row and navigate to the location
where you want to save the .zip file.
Note
The default .zip file name is editable.
5. Select Export.
A dialog box displays.
6. Select Close.
The Last Export and Export File Destination information has an updated
time stamp and file name.
Automatic Job End Eject
The Automatic Job End Eject feature, referred to here as Non Process Run Out (NPRO),
allows for printed images parked between the CiPress
™
and the finishing devices to be
sent to a finishing device if no future jobs are in the print queue.
When the software controller completes sending jobs to the CiPress
™
and the web stops,
the NPRO starts. Once the NPRO timer starts, a countdown clock displays on the CiPress
™
UI to indicate how much time is left before NPRO begins. If the time value expires before
the controller receives any additional jobs, the controller orders the CiPress
™
to send the
outstanding images between the printer and the finishing device to the finishing device
for completion.
In a multiplex configuration, only one NPRO enablement and timer setting is available.
The default setting for the Automatic Job End Eject feature is Off.
Note
Once the NPRO timer is initiated and the countdown clock displays, the NPRO setting
cannot be modified.
Setting the Values for Automatic Job End Eject
Automatic Job End Eject, or Non Process Run Out (NPRO), is enabled and disabled on
the CiPress
™
UI.
1. In the Administrative view, select System > Settings .
2. In the Automatic Job End Eject area, select the checkbox to enable automatically
advancing completed jobs to the next device.
Note
By default, the Automatic Job End Eject feature is off (disabled).
