94-615-00 Non Xerox Cleaning Unit Detected RAP
94-615-00 A non Xerox cleaning unit has been detected.
Procedure
WARNING
Ensure that the electricity to the machine is switched off while performing tasks that do
not need electricity. Refer to
GP 14
. Disconnect the power cord. Electricity can cause
death or injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
NOTE: This procedure is only to be performed when the machine does not reorganize a genu-
ine Xerox cleaning unit.
Perform the following:
1.
Verify that the cleaning unit is a Xerox item. Remove, then reinstall the cleaning unit.
2.
If the fault remains, install a new cleaning unit,

94-616-00 Cleaning Unit Low Oil Detected RAP
94-616-00 Low oil is detected in the cleaning unit, before the scheduled end of life.
Procedure
WARNING
Ensure that the electricity to the machine is switched off while performing tasks that do

death or injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
CAUTION
Use care when working near the drum. The drum can be damaged easily, which will cause
print quality defects.
Install a new cleaning unit,

. Switch off, then switch on the machine

Cheat the front door interlock. Listen at the front of the cleaning unit. The cleaning unit can
be heard running.

. Check the wiring between the cleaning unit and the
drum driver PWB. The wiring is good.

Remove the front door interlock cheat. Remove the new cleaning unit. Go to

. Check the wiring between the cleaning unit and the drum driver PWB. The wir-
ing is good.
