Server Setup
Server Name
—Enter a name for the DocuColor 40 CP (up to 10 characters long).

OTE
:
Do not use the device name (DocuColor) as the server name. Also, if you have
multiple DocuColor 40 CP servers and give them the same name, a unique number is
appended to the name that appears in the list of available servers. Although this routes
jobs correctly, it may be inconvenient to users and is not a recommended practice.
Print Start Page
—Select to specify that the DocuColor 40 CP should print a start page
every time it restarts. The start page displays information about the DocuColor 40 CP
including the server name, current date and time, Printer Mode, amount of memory
installed in the DocuColor 40 CP, last calibration date, network protocols enabled,
and connections enabled.
Enable Printed Queue
—Select to enable the Printed queue, which creates a storage
location on the DocuColor 40 CP disk for recent jobs. Users with Administrator or
Operator privileges can print jobs from the Printed queue without sending them to the
DocuColor 40 CP again. Not enabling the Printed queue means jobs are deleted
immediately after printing.
