Combine Separations

When printing separations from a
desktop publishing application:

to combine separations on a
single page. Select

to view separations
as four individual grayscale pages, each
representing one color plate.

If the Suspend Printing command is used

cannot be resumed—the job must be

(the document will output from the
copier with a blank page facing up and
the text facing down).
Instructions
Use this field to enter instructions to the
operator about the job (see also Notes 1
and Notes 2).
The instructions field has a 128-character
limit.
Media Type (Paper Type)
Plain Paper/Thick Paper/Transparency/
Interleaved/Opaque Film
Specify the type of media on which to
print the job. Select
Interleaved
if you
will be printing multiple transparencies
with blank paper separators.
Notes 1 and Notes 2
Use one or both of these fields to enter
special information about the job (see
also Instructions).
The Notes 1 and Notes 2 fields each have
a 32-character limit.
