Copying files from the Clrfiles folder
Referenc, which contains Colorref, Pantone, and Samples folders.
Color management files
Color management files are required to ensure proper colors when printing with the
Fiery XJ. These files are specific to the Fiery XJ and the printer:
• ICC ICM profiles can be installed from the User Software CD to the
Windows\System\Color folder on your hard disk.
• EFICOLOR Calrgb.ams and separation table files can be copied from the User
Software CD and loaded from Adobe Photoshop.
Colorref folder
Cmyk_col, a folder which contains a PostScript file of
CMYK mixtures you can download and print using the
Fiery XJ Downloader or any other application that supports
printing PostScript files; and Rgb_col, a folder which
contains files you can print from Microsoft Word 6.0 or
later (Rgb01.doc) or PowerPoint 4.0 or later (Rgb02.ppt) to
view available RGB colors.
Pantone folder
PostScript files of PANTONE coated and uncoated colors
for use with the Fiery XJ and your particular printer model.
Samples folder
Sample2.ps, a PostScript file of sample images you can
download and print.
