Two or more sheets may be feeding at once.
Remove the paper stack from the tray, fan it, and reinsert it.
The print cartridges are not genuine print cartridges.

Replace the transfer unit.
The high-voltage supply is defective.

Condensation inside the printer causes partial blanks or creased paper.
Turn the printer on, and leave it on, for at least one hour to get rid of the
condensation. If the problems still occurs, contact our Customer Support Center or
your dealers.
