Solution
CHECK CARTRIDGE
The print cartridge is not
correctly installed in the
machine.
Following the proce-
dure in Installing Ink
Cartridges on page 1-
13, remove and re-
install the print car-
tridge.
INK LOW
The print cartridge is
low on ink.
Install a new print car-
tridge.
DUPLICATED
The number entered is
already stored in another
one-touch or speed dial
location.
Check the number and
enter under one location.
RETRY REDIAL?
The machine is waiting
for the programmed
interval to automati-
cally redial a previously
busy station.
You can press the
Start
button
to
immediately redial, or
the Clear/Stop
button
to cancel the
redial operation.
DOCUMENT JAM
The document jammed
in the paper feeder.
Refer to Clearing Jams
on page 7-2 to remove
any jammed paper.
COVER OPEN
CLOSE COVER
The cover is not
securely latched.
Press down on the cover
until it snaps in place.
GROUP NOT AVAIL-
ABLE
You have tried to select
a group location where
only a single location
number can be used.
Group Location Feature
is not available.
