Forced polling at Printer failure

When the maintenance service is conducted for the problem caused by
the IOT failure, there may be cases that the data received must be
deleted or retrieved urgently as required by the customer. In such
cases, change the data to “Enable forced poll” and the data stored in the
memory can be retrieved by polling from the remote terminal. However,
as you may have to handle the customer information directly, you need
to get prior approval by the customer and let the customer know that all
information cannot always be retrieved.
