Print Queue
This TCP/IP-specific activity is a continuation of Creating a
Printer Queue on the File Server.

Select one of these two protocols:
TCP/IP Protocol
NetBIOS Protocol.
Depending upon your choice, you should see one of these
two windows on your display:
Add New TCP/IP RPrint Printer window
Add New NetBIOS Printer window.

(page 7-10) to continue the printer installation.
If you selected NetBIOS, turn to

The Add
New TCP/IP RPrint Printer
window should be
displayed on your screen.
Enter the Printer name of your choice.
The name can be up to eight characters long.
For example:
Unicorn

Share Printer On the Network
by clicking the box.
This option allows automatic sharing of the printer on the
network.
This option is enabled by default and works only if you
are logged into the LAN Manager file server as
admin.

This is an optional field. It appears in the remark field when
the print queue is viewed as a remote share on the network.
