Pins 2 and 3 on JX1 must
be strapped together for
proper operation of the
XNIC-TRING.

JX2 pins (Token Ring speed)
Pins 1 and 2 are strapped
together for 4 mbps.
Pins 2 and 3 are strapped
together for 16 mbps.
This is the default setting.
