scooter wheel at high speed;
It is forbidden to drive through
puddles, which exceeds depth of
2cm;
Never ride a scooter more than
one person, or to hold a child in
your arms;
Do not step on a mudguard;
Do not touch a brake disc;
It is forbidden to ride a scooter,
not holding on handle bars;
It is forbidden to ride a scooter
on stairs or overcome other
obstacles.
