5.4.4 Machine lift up position
Adjusting the bolt of the extra weight so that the extra weight is in tilted position, and
adjust the handle, pedal and swing lever position to the lifting position. (Recommended best
lift up position)
Hold the handle with both hands and place one foot on the additional weight to force the
machine down.
To put the machine down, you need to hold the handles tightly with both hands. Place
