Do not release these four buttons until the letters REC
appear on the bottom right side of the screen. Now,
restart the machine again.
6. If there is still no sound from a specific eDrum/
eCymbal, please take a cable from one of the other
eDrums/eCymbals and connect that eDrum/eCymbal)
for additional testing.
For example:
If you can’t produce sound on the T1 mid tom drum, you
could take the cable from the snare drum to connect to
the T1 interface for testing. If you could produce a sound
on the snare drum, but still receive no sounds on the T1
drum, there may be an issue with the T1 drum’s trigger.
However, if you can produce sounds on the T1 drum with
the snare drum’s cable, there may be an issue with the
T1 cable.

1. Please make sure you are using the AC adapter
provided by XM eDrum. If you don’t use the AC
adapter provided by the original manufacturer, and
have since caused damage to the product, these
issues cannot be included in the warranty.
2. Please check if the “PHONE OUT” and “MAIN OUT”
knobs on the bottom side of the module are turned to
the right.
3. Please confirm if your speaker or headphones’ switch
is turned on, and that the volume is also turned on. In
addition, check that the speaker or headphones are in
good condition.
4 . N e x t , c h e c k t h a t a l l o f y o u r c o n n e c t o r s a r e
actually fully plugged right up until the end. It is
recommended to unplug connectors and then plug
them in again.
5. If the problem hasn’t been solved, please restore the
original settings of the module. First, turn off the
module and then press the four panel buttons entitled
“MODE”, “FUNCTION”, “+” and “-“ at the same time,
and do not release them. Then, start up the machine
