menu of white balance, use the white balance to adjust second and seventh grade.
Select mode as 6500K,adjust offset_R, offset_G, offset_B,so that the second grade color
coordinates are 313,329 and the brightness about 5nit. Fix gain_R to be 128, adjust gain_G, gain_B so
that seventh grade color coordinates are 313, 329. Adjust offset_R, offset_G, offset_B and gain_R,
gain_B,again and again until two grades of grey density are both set to 313,329.
Select mode as 9300K,adjust offset_R, offset_G, offset_B,so that the second grade color
coordinates are 281,311 and the brightness about 5nit. Fix gain_G to be 128, adjust gain_R, gain_B so
that seventh grade color coordinates are 281, 313. Adjust offset_R, offset_G, offset_B and gain_R,
gain_B,again and again until two grades of grey density are both set to 281,311.
Select mode as 12000K,adjust offset_R, offset_G, offset_B,so that the second grade color
coordinates are 270,283 and the brightness about 5nit. Fix gain_B to be 128, adjust gain_R, gain_G so
that seventh grade color coordinates are 270, 283. Adjust offset_R, offset_G, offset_B and gain_R,
gain_G,again and again until two grades of grey density are both set to 270,283.
Notice:
The value of gain_R, gain_G, gain_B can not exceed 128.
4.3 TV channel adjustment
4.3.1 VCO,OPTION, sub-brightness, and sub-contrast adjustment
Input the AV color bar signal(PM5518 COLOUR BAR 100%)to VIDEO 1 terminal, enter the first
page of factory menu, select auto color, push key “ENTER”. About two seconds later, OK will be
displayed, showing the adjustment is over. Adjust the value of Option to 9,S-bright to 124,S-contrast to
140.
4.3.2 White balance adjustment of TV channel
Input AV signal (PM5518,grey grade signal), enter the adjustment menu of white balance,use the
white balancer to adjust the second and seventh grade grey density. Adjust
offset_R,offset_G,offset_B,so that the second grade color coordinates are 270,283 and the brightness
about 5nit.Fix gain_B to be 133, adjust gain_R,gain_G, so that the seventh grade color coordinates are
270, 283. Adjust offset_R,offset_G,offset_B and gain_R,gain_G, again and again until two grades of grey
density are both to 270, 283.
4.4 White balance adjustment of D4 channel
Connect YPbPr signal of K-7253 to D4 terminal,input eighth grade grey density signal of
TIME380(480i)PATTERN471,adjust S-bright to 120,S-contrast to 140.Enter the adjust menu of white
balance,use the white balancer to adjust second grade. Adjust offset_R, offset_G, offset_B,so that the
second grade color coordinates are 270,283 and the brightness about 5nit.
Separately input eight grades of grey density signal in mode of TIME392(480p), TIME394(720p)
and TIME396(1080i). Repeat it so that the second grade color coordinates are 270,283 and the
brightness about 5nit.
5 Functional Inspection
5.1 TV function
Enter the search menu
→
auto search, connect RF-TV terminal to the central signal source, check
if there is station skipping.
5.2 BS terminal
Input satellite signal to RF-BS terminal,check if the picture and sound of three channels,
BS-5,BS-7,BS-11, are normal. Switch to BS-5 channel,Use oscillograph to check if the terminal
output (Bit Stream/Detection Out) is normal(Bit Stream is 1 Vpp data flow; Detection Out is 1.34 Vpp
detective wave signal).
5.3 AV/S,D4 terminal
