Troubleshooting

Cause and solution
• Not all channels are
found
• No reception
• Image disturbances
with strong mosaics

Switch off the TV with the main switch to reduce the charging time
(see page 10, 12).
• In cool environments (below approx. 16 °C) the battery is charged
more slowly.
• The battery is not charging due to high temperatures inside the TV
(see page 12).
The battery life is shorter
than expected
• Change the brightness setting (see page 16).
• Connected USB devices and active antennas require power and
reduce battery life. Disconnect USB devices from the TV when they
are not needed.
• Fully charge the battery until the battery LED lights green (see page
12).
• After many charging cycles the battery may be worn out. Contact the
XORO customer service (see page 7).
