Under the typical terms of purchase, the delivered equipment 

is covered by XOS’ standard warranty for a period of one (1)

damage occurs during this period, necessary repairs or parts 

replacement shall be made by XOS or designated service 

personnel. The warranty does not apply when the equipment 

is: 

Used in any manner contrary to the instructions in the

Used in any manner not specified by XOS

Operated in an unsuitable environment

Modified, repaired, or serviced by anyone other than

XOS-authorized personnel

Subject to an accident,  mishap, disaster, or abuse
