WARRANTY
If you found the Tank have a little water that is nor-
mal, because our product is 100% tested with
water as part of our quality control procedure.
The following warranty conditions are based on the
European Directive 99/44/EC and the Civil Code.
For this product, we grant a guarantee according to
the following conditions:
- Florevita warrants that any defects due to faulty
materials and workmanship in its products will be
repaired at Florevita’s expense for a period of two
years from the date of purchase, or that the product
will be replaced in its entirety. This warranty covers
the cost of materials and labour.
- Repairs will not be carried out at Florevita’s expense
if it is not convincingly demonstrated (by means of
a sales receipt or electronic invoice) that the day of
the claim is within the warranty period.
