9. Capturing GPS Signals from Satellites

After initial purchase it is highly recommended that users drive to where the sky is clearly visible, with no 
obstruction from skyscrapers, overpasses, high-tension cables, overhead walkways or trees, since it may take 
some time to receive GPS signals: i) depending on circumstances/environment (time, location, satellite status 
etc.), ii) if the GPS gets reset while driving or iii) in the case of first-time use. 

If no GPS signals can be picked up after waiting for quite a while, please restart the whole navigation system by 
pressing the Power button on the left side of the device. However, choosing the “GPS Reset” button from 
within the menu will lead to complete deletion of all existing GPS information, so it is best to use this function 
only after moving a long distance from your previous location.
