USER1, USER2: User define modes
Press USER to switch the USER1 and USER2.
A>The program may start directly with all preset value parameters. The program pattern may be
stored at the end of the training.
B>You may also press ENTER to set age, weight, time and continue to program 18 segments of
speed by using FAST/SLOW buttons and then 18 segments of incline levels by using
UP/DOWN buttons. ENTER button must be pressed when each setting is finished and to go
on for next setting.
C> Press START button to start the treadmill after finishing setting. The treadmill will run the
training according to the program. It is suggested to program high speed with low incline level
or low speed with high incline level depending on your own physical conditions.
D> There are 3 minutes of warming up after program is started. If warming up is not necessary,
press START to skip warm-up. There are 3 minutes of cooling down. If cooling down is not
necessary, Press STOP to end the training immediately.
E>When program ends, you may save the program or just neglect the current training and save
the original program.
HR control mode:

HR1(60%) or HR2(80%) mode. (Must have pulse signal to perform
these modes.)
A>Press HR1 or HR2 to choose HR1(60%) or HR2(80%) mode.
B>Set the user’s age, weight, time and target heart rate value. It must have pulse signal input to
start the program.
C>The target heart rate value is (220
–
age)
×
(60% or 80%). This value is adjustable depending
on the personal physical conditions.
D>The system will detect the pulse during the training and automatically increase or decrease the
incline level according to the detected heart rate value and give advice of increasing or
decreasing the speed to the user.
E> When program ends, you may save the program or just neglect the current training and save
the original program.
Error Messages:
LUBE: After 90 hours of usage, it reminds the user to apply belt lubricant.
Deleting the message:
(1) In “Lube Reset” of “Function” under the engineering mode, press
ENTER to delete the message.
(2)Turn on and off to delete this message.
LS
:
No speed signal is received. Check and make sure the magnet is imbedded in the front
roller and the gap between speed sensor and the roller is within 3mm.
E2:
Incline error. Check the cable and connecting terminals are ok then run the calibration
procedure once.
