When not in use, idle tools should be stored in a place out of reach of visitors and children.

Maintain careful manipulation with the tool. Check for deflecting or jamming of turning parts, damaged
parts or other conditions which may influence operating with the tool.

Keep tools sharp and clean for better and safer performance. Properly serviced tools are less likely to
become covered in impurities and are better controlled.

Use equipment recommended by the producer of your model only. Modifications and accessories used at
one tool may be dangerous when used with another model.

Pressurized air and blowgun safety instructions

The compressor and conduit reach high temperature when operating. Do not touch to prevent burns.

The compressor sucks in gases and vapours. Therefore, it is necessary to keep such gases and vapours
free of other admixtures that may lead to a fire or explosion inside the device.

When releasing the hose connector, it is prior to grab and hold the hose connector with your hand to
prevent any damage caused by flinging the hose.

When manipulating with a blowgun, make sure to wear protective glasses. Other objects and blown
away parts may easily cause an injury.

Do not point the blowgun at other people. Do not clean the clothes directly on your body.
Paint spraying safety instructions

Do not work with any lacquers or solvents with the flash point of 55°C or lower.

Do not heat up the lacquers and solvents.

When working with the health-risk liquids, it is necessary to wear filter equipment (face masks). Pay
attention to the parameters of such substances stated by their respective suppliers.

In work areas and when paint spraying, smoking is strictly prohibited. The paint vapours are very
flammable.

Stay away from fireplaces, open light sources or spark producing machines.

Do not store or consume foodstuffs and drinks in the work area.

Pay attention to the dangerous substances and their respective information stated on the labels of
supplied material containers. Carry out any additional necessary safety precautions, such as wear proper
clothing and masks.

The work area shall be larger than 30m3 and proper ventilation shall be maintained when applying the
paint and drying. Do not apply the paint against the wind. Strictly follow the local police safety restrictions
when working with flammable or dangerous substances.

When operating the PVC pressure hose, do not use any media such as lacquer petrol, butyl alcohol and
methylene chloride (decreased lifetime).
Pressure vessel usage

The pressure vessel shall be properly maintained, operated, checked and serviced. If necessary, any
repair or maintenance shall be carried out immediately.

The respective control body may order necessary control precautions.

The pressure vessel shall not be operated if it shows any imperfections endangering the user or third
parties.

Check for the pressure vessel damage regularly – for example, rust. In case of damage, contact the
authorized service center.
