Placement instructions
-
Check the device for any transport damage. In case of damage, report to the shipping company
immediately.
-
Place the compressor close to the appliance.
-
Avoid using long air conduits and long extension cords (adapters).
-
Ensure the air is dry and free of dust.
-
Do not place the compressor in wet or humid areas.
-
The compressor shall be operated in proper areas only (good ventilation, ambient temperature from +5°
to +40°C). The work area shall be free of dust, acids, gases, explosive or flammable gases.
-
The compressor is suitable for use in dry areas. Any operation is restricted in water source areas.
-
Check the oil pump condition prior to use.
Installation and first use
Caution!
The device shall be fully assembled prior to the first use!
Wheel installation
Install the supplied wheels according to Figure 5.
Support leg installation
Install the supplied rubber component according to Figure 6.
Air filter installation
Remove the travel lid with a wrench and install the air filter (1) to the machine (Fig. 7).
Close lid and balance valve replacement
Remove the travel lid (13) and insert the supplied oil pressure balance valve (16).
Mains connection (plug)
The compressor is equipped with a safety contact power plug. It may be connected to any power socket with a
protective pin 230V ~ 50 Hz, guarded by 16 C. Prior to use, make sure the voltage level of a power supply
matches the voltage level of the device stated in the tool label. Long and extended cable lines and adapters may
cause a voltage decrease and, therefore, prevent the device from starting. The engine start is accordingly more
difficult at the temperature below 5°C.
ON/Off Switch (8)
Pull the red button (8) out to start the compressor.
Push the red button (8) back down to turn off (Fig. 2).
Pressure adjustment (Fig. 1)
-
Use the pressure regulator (7) to adjust the manometer (6) pressure.
-
Adjusted pressure can be read on the fast connector (5).
Pressure monitor adjustment
The pressure monitor is set by the manufacturer. Starting pressure - approximately 6 bar Shut down pressure -
approximately 8 bar
After approximately 10 hours of operating time, it is necessary to remove the engine cover and check the engine
head bolt tightening (17) – 4 pieces, Imbus key – size 6 (Fig. 10).
Cleaning and Maintenance
Caution!
Disconnect the plug from a power supply prior to any cleaning or maintenance operation.
Caution!
Wait until the device is fully cooled down. Danger of burns.
Caution!
Fully release the pressure from the pressure vessel prior to any cleaning or maintenance operation.
