Push the end of the plastic tube firmly into the molded hole in
the chassis.
Note:
Leave the excess antenna hanging from the top of the tube.
Under no circumstances should you cut or shorten the antenna.

Remove the two clips from the battery mounting posts, then
remove the mount itself.

Slide the battery into the molded slot in the chassis.
WARNING
Do not plug the battery into the ESC yet.

Charge the motor battery using your AC/DC peak charger.
Note:
When you buy new battery packs, they do not come fully charged. They must be charged before they're first used.

Slide the battery back as far as it will go in the slot, then push
the front of the battery down completely.
❑
Reinstall the battery mount and clips to hold the battery firmly
in place.
IMPORTANT
Make sure the tab on the front of the battery mount is toward the top
of the battery as shown.
