X-41ATR Limited Warranty
If, during normal use, this Xtreme Garage® product breaks or fails due to a defect in material or
workmanship, simply return the product to a Menards® retail store within 1 year from the original
date of purchase for a free replacement of the same or similar Xtreme Garage® product. This
warranty: (1) excludes expendable parts; (2) shall be void if this product is used for commercial
and/or rental purpose; and (3) does not cover any loses, injuries to persons/property or costs.
This warranty does give you specific legal rights and you may have other rights, which vary from
state to state.
Important!
Warranty does not cover signs of misuse including, but not limited to, a unit that has been
dropped, subjected to water damage, tampered with, improper voltage use and unauthorized
maintenance and repairs. The POWER CORD is not covered by the warranty.
