OPERATION / MAINTENANCE

Demolish / Plane:

Hold the tool firmly with both hands and press the switch. When operating, hold down the

tool with a little pressure to prevent rebounding out of control. Not too much as it will not increase working

efficiency.

CAUTION:

If the tool is left unused for an extended period, or in cold weather conditions, be sure to press

the switch continuously to switch it on. Before using, let the tool run for 3-5 minutes.

Tool Lubrication:

When the tool has worked for 60 hours or more and the

brake appears to not be strong enough, it must be lubricated. First open the

oil cover with the hex wrench provided and clean up the used lubricant with a

towel. Then grease to tool with special lubricant.

CAUTION: DO NOT

grease with more than 30g of lubricant or the tool will not

function properly. It is recommended that the tool be regressed with special

gear lubricant. Other lubricants will harm the tool.

MAINTENANCE

In working pause, such as changing working equipment, maintenance and

adjustment, pull out the plug. After removing the screw (2) of the cover (1) with

a screwdriver, take out the brush cover and take out the wearing brush. Place

a new brush and re-fix the brush cover and top cover. Te ensure the safety and

reliability of the tool, all repairing, brush checking or changing, including other

maintenance or adjustments, should be performed by a professional.
