Turn the power ON
・ Press the POWER ON button down for at least one
second.
・ When the power is switched ON, the EMS level
(intensity) is set at ʻLevel 0 (no EMS output)ʼ.
POWER ON Button (＋)
The device will automatically switch OFF approx. 10
minutes after it has been turned ON.
If you wish to turn off the device part-way through
treatment, press the POWER OFF button down for
at least 1 second.

Select your preferred EMS level
(intensity).
・ Press the LEVEL UP button (＋) / LEVEL DOWN button (−).

・ The EMS level (intensity) can be adjusted to 5 levels.
・ The number of display lamps corresponding to the EMS
level will light up in blue.
・ Level 0 (when the power is ON) can only be used for
Heater and Moisture Pulse functions.
・ The heater level cannot be changed. The heater takes
approx. 1 minute to heat up.
・ Each level setting makes a different buzzing/ringing sound
(p. 23).
・ The Heater function and Moisture Pulse function are
always ON.
POWER OFF button (−)
Until you become familiar with how to use the silicone mask, please look in a mirror while you are using it.
