Move the treatment window to the next

adjacent area after each flash to continue

applying treatment to the entire area.

Move to the next area after each flash even

when using repeat flash emission mode.
The treatment window is the size of the area

that will receive each flash emission.

Press and hold the Power/Cool button (approx. 3 seconds)

to turn off the power.

All the lamps will turn off when the power is off
The fan will run for about 90 seconds after power is turned off.
Do not unplug the AC adapter until the fan stops running.

If the skin remains hot after the treatment, use the Cool

mode or a refrigerant or cold towel to cool down the

treatment area. Then apply a moisturizer to soothe the

treatment area.

When you are finished, unplug the AC adaptor from the

wall socket and clean the main unit and attachment.

Follow instructions for “How to Clean” described on p.19.

Clean

the unit and accessories after every use.

Do not bathe (showering is OK), exercise, or drink alcohol after

any treatment session until the next day.

This device has a built-in safety feature which only allows the flash to

work when the treatment window is completely flat against the skin

and blocking ambient light. Never use in a dark room since this may

defeat the safety feature and could harm your eyes.
The device may not operate properly under direct sunlight.
The power will automatically turn off 20 minutes after turning on the

power. Allow at least a 10 minute interval before the next use to avoid

malfunction.
The device cannot be used in a dark room.
At higher intensity levels, the standby time (waiting period) will be

longer.

How to Use Each Mode

Plug the AC adaptor into the adapter plug socket and then

into the wall socket.

How to use Flash Mode

Press and hold the Power/Cool button (approx. 3 seconds)

to turn on the power

When using an attachment, first turn on the power and then attach

the attachment.
Level 1 indicator lamp will turn on solid green.
When the power is on, you will hear a humming sound from the

internal fan. This is normal.

Press the Level UP or Level DOWN buttons to set the

treatment level.

This device offers 5 intensity levels for Flash treatment.
Always start from level 1 until you get used to treatment.
When you hear two short beep tones, the device is ready for

treatment.

Place the treatment window flat against the skin and press

the emission button.

The flash will only emit if the standby lamp turns solid green.
Continue pressing the emission button to switch to repeat flash

emission mode (p.15).

Do not look directly into the treatment window when applying

flash

Apply to skin as shown above.
