If the Gateway actually has tilt/trim data, the value of TRIM_ZERO setting (V.37) will be updated and you
will see 3 green confirmation flashes. Then lift the engine to highest position and load the file with the line:
CALIBRATE_TRIM=100
The Gateway will calculate trim step corresponding to 1% and update the TRIM_STEP value (V.38). Review
V.37-38 settings in the YDEGSAVE.TXT and modify values if required.

GROUP OF SETTINGS: SUBSTITUTE_xxxx=OFF|
y
xxxx — BOOST, FUEL_PRESSURE, OIL_PRESSURE, OIL_TEMP, CLNT_PRESSURE, CLNT_TEMP,
TRANS_PRESSURE, TRANS_TEMP
y – sensor data instance, decimal number from 0 to 252
Factory setting: all settings are OFF
This group of settings allows replacing of engine data with data from NMEA 2000 sensors connected
to NMEA 2000 network or engine network. Temperature data (engine oil, coolant, transmission oil)
are replaced by data from temperature sensors (PGN 130312 or 130316); pressure data (boost, fuel, engine
oil, coolant or transmission oil pressure) are replaced by data from pressure sensors (PGN 130314).
The data instance of the sensor (do not confuse with NMEA 2000 device or system instance, or with
data type like «Air Temperature» or «Sea Temperature») should match with the specified data instance
in the setting, these data will be used for the port engine (ENGINE_0 or TRANSMISSION_0, see V.1
and V.15). For the next engine/transmission (ENGINE_1 or TRANSMISSION_1), the data from the sensor
with the next number will be used.
For example:
SUBSTITUTE_BOOST=3
In the case of twin engines, the sensor with data instance 3 will be used as the boost pressure source for
the port engine, and the one with instance 4 (next number) will be used for the starboard engine. These
settings turn on substitution of the data for all engines or transmissions. It is not possible, for example, to
substitute boost data for the port engine and leave the original boost engine data for the starboard engine.
