2.1.3.4 Motor fault maintenance determination method
Function definition: the motor is a device that converts electrical energy into mechanical energy and
controls the vehicle speed with the controller. Common faults: motor non - rotation (no reaction when
starting), abnormal sound, motor locked (stuck), no load.

(1) Motor Hall check:
Measure the Hall plug-in voltage, normal: red line 5V or so turn the motor, Hall voltage is 0 or 4V-5V
(2) Motor phase winding check:
To disconnect first, any short two phases, rotating the motor will have a sense of obstruction as normal
(3) Connecting wire and connector inspection:
Disconnect the power lock for inspection in
power - off status.
Connector appearance: no dirt, damage,
fracture, no dirt or oxidation in the internal
insert
Conductor appearance: conductor insulated
