5. MAINTANCE
The pole needs your daily cleaning. Please clean it with a damp towel then dry with a
clean towel. You should make sure the pole is clean and dry before dancing.

Never use body lotion or oil before dancing or training. It is extremely dangerous
as users would slip off from the pole and get injured. Keep your body dry when
dancing.

The ladder must be supported by adult when using.

Warm up and cool down
