MUTE
During an active call, press the MUTE button to mute/unmute the microphone. The LCD will
show the Mute icon on the top of screen, when the call is muted.
CALL TRANSFER
GXP2170 supports Blind Transfer, Attended Transfer and Auto-Attended Transfer.

Blind Transfer
During the first active call, press TRANSFER key and dial the number to transfer to;
Press Blind Transfer soft key to complete transfer of active call.
This dumps the call directly to the other user.

Attended Transfer
During the first active call, press TRANSFER key
and dial the number to transfer to;
Press Attended Transfer soft key, the first call will be put on hold;
Talk to the user you a transferring to;
Press TRANSFER

Transfer Directly to Voicemail
During the first active call, press TRANSFER,
Then press * and the extension you want to transfer to;
Press Blind Transfer soft key
