Check that the installation of the peripheral wire is correct.
If all of the above conditions are met, and the robot still fails to detect the positioning
beacon, consider installing a "return to station loop". See
(page 60).
9.2.2 Station contact lost for {0}s!
Scenario
Occurs when the robot has reached the station and started to charge, but at a certain
time the station contact is lost. If the contact loss lasts for more than 1h, this alarm is
triggered.
Solution
1.
Check station power supply.
2.
Check DC voltage on station arms (should be 32V)
3.
Check that the charging station is correctly grounded.
9.2.3 Some wires not well configured. Please add at least
one parcel to each wire
Scenario
Occurs when the configuration of wires and parcels is incorrect.
Meaning / Reason
At least one wire must be defined in the installation configuration, and at least one parcel
must be assigned to each wire.
Solution
Check the installation configuration. See
(page 78).
9.2.4 No charge current; Check contacts and charging
station
Scenario
Occurs when the station voltage is detected but there is no supply current.
Solution
1.
Check station power supply.
2.
Check DC voltage on station arms. This should be 32V.
3.
Check whether the temperature is too low.

(page 114).
