9.3 Interface
9.3.1 Unlock system : bad pin code
Scenario
"System blocking" is set and must be unblocked by entering a pin code. An incorrect code
has been entered.
Solution
Enter the correct code. If this is not known, contact technical support.
9.4 Operational
9.4.1 Unable to find the working area
Scenario
Occurs when the robot is unable to find a valid magnetic signal.
Solution
1.
Check that the robot is located inside the peripheral wire.
2.
Check that the charging station power is on.
3.
Check peripheral wire connections
4.
Check peripheral wire integrity using a multi-meter.
9.4.2 Station not found while doing border
Scenario
Occurs when the robot is trimming the borders. In border mode, the machine follows its
wire, then touches the charging arm. This message is displayed when the robot failed to
find the charging station. This only occurs if a positioning beacon is being used to locate
the charging station.
Solution
1.
Check there is no obstacle along the border next to the station (This is typically
surrounding vegetation.)
2.
Check station power supply.
3.
Check DC voltage on station arms (should be 32V).
4.
Check station alignment to the wire. The charging station arms should be
approximately at right angles to the direction of the peripheral wire.
