phase on the loop circuit is incorrect, the robot will turn in the wrong direction to enter
and exit the station.

Check the area around the charging station and remove any obstacles.

If this does not rectify the situation, take photos/videos of the robot's behavior and
report the event to your dealer. (Note the date, time and robot serial number.
9.4.13 Waiting for station contact
Scenario
Occurs when the robot is in the charging station and it loses contact. It will wait one hour
before generating the alarm.
Reasons
-
Contact with the charging station arm has been lost.

There is insufficient voltage on the arms to charge the robot.
Solution
1.
Check station power supply.
2.
Check the DC voltage on station arms, which should be 32V.
3.
Check and clean the contacts.
9.4.14 Wait for 5 Seconds of full contact
Scenario
As the robot docks in the charging station, it waits 5 seconds to verify that contact is
made.
Reason
This message appears if the Stop cover is opened during these 5seconds.
Solution
Close the lid and allow the 5seconds to pass before opening the lid again to issue a
command.
9.4.15 Waiting for signal
Scenario
Occurs if the signal on the peripheral wire is lost. The robot will for a period of 12h and
then start again - if the signal has been restored. This message appears if the lid is
opened during the 12h period.
Reason
There is no signal on the peripheral wire.
Solution
1.
Check the robot is located inside the field.
2.
Check station power supply.
3.
Check peripheral wire connections.
4.
Check peripheral wire integrity using a multi-meter.
