Chapter 9 Troubleshooting (Error messages)
Meaning / Reason
Obstacle too close to the charging station.
Solution
1.
Remove any obstacles
2.
If a "return to station" loop is being used, check that the robot is turning in the
correct direction in order to enter the station. The direction is set as a configuration
parameter in the
(page 114) .
Infrastructure

phase on the loop circuit is incorrect, the robot will turn in the wrong direction to enter
and exit the station.
3.
Consider moving the station to another location if obstacles cannot be moved.
9.5.8 DMA Error, on sonars : {0}
Scenario
Occurs when there is a hardware error in the sonar control system.
Solution
Change the defective sonar.
Sonar sensors can be checked using the
(page 114). Select

9.5.9 LongCollision ({0}) event detected
Scenario
Occurs when either a lift or a backwards sensor has been blocked for at least 10s.
Solution
1.
Remove the obstacle.

Occurs when a manoeuvre to avoid a collision has failed after 1 minute.
Solution
