Backup/Restore
All settings and data in the User memory of this instrument (except for protected Song) are saved to the USB flash
drive as a single file named “CVP-809.bup” or “CVP-805.bup.”
If you want to contain the Audio Songs (WAV/MP3) saved to the User memory in the same file, enter the
checkmark to the “Include Audio Files” box. If you do not want to save the Audio files because of the large data size,
remove the checkmark.
Setup Files
The following settings are saved as a file individually.
Select the desired destination to save the file, and then touch [Save here]. You can change the file name as necessary.
To call up the saved data:
Touch [Restore] or [Load] of the desired item, then select the desired file.
If you want to restore the factory programmed settings, select the setup file in the “Preset” tab.
NOTICE
• Files including Protected Songs in the User memory of the instrument are replaced by restoring the backup file. Move
or copy the files in the User memory of the instrument to USB flash drive before restoring.
• Completing the backup/restore operation may take a few minutes. Do not turn off the power during backup or
restoring. If you turn off the power during backup or restoring, data may be lost or damaged.
