MIDI EVENT
This function is found only in PM5D Editor. In this column, the MIDI event that is transmitted from the MIDI
OUT connector when the scene is recalled can be viewed and edited in hexadecimal form. To edit a MIDI event,
click the two-digit hexadecimal value you want to edit, and choose the desired value from the popup menu that
appears.
• If you choose “NOP” from the popup menu, that two-digital hexadecimal value will be ignored.
• If you choose “END” from the popup menu, all subsequent hexadecimal values will be ignored.

TX (MIDI event transmission)
This function is found only in PM5D Editor. If you click this column to make the “TX” indication appear, trans-
mission will be enabled for the MIDI event specified for this scene.

DELAY TIME
This function is found only in PM5D Editor. This specifies the timing at which MIDI Program Changes and
MIDI events will be transmitted.
• POST
Program changes and MIDI events will be transmitted after scene recall processing has been completed.
• INTERVAL
Program changes and MIDI events will be transmitted a fixed interval of time after scene recall processing
began. The transmission start time can be set in a range of 0.0 seconds through 9.9 seconds.

GPI OUT CONTROL
This function is found only in PM5D Editor. Specifies the polarity (high-active/low-active) and transmission
method (tally/trigger) of the signal that is sent from GPI OUT ports 1–12 when the scene is recalled. You can also
click these columns to edit the setting. You can choose from the following settings.

REMOTE TRANSPORT
This function is found only in PM5D Editor. These columns indicate the MMC/RS422 transport command that
will be executed when you recall the scene. The left column indicates the protocol (MMC or RS422), and the right
column indicates the type of command. You can click an item and choose the desired protocol or command from
the popup menu that appears.
