3. Adjust:
• Track deflection
Adjustment steps:
• Lift the rear of the snowmobile onto a suitable
stand to raise the track off the ground.
• Loosen the rear axle nut

a. Start the engine and rotate the track one or two
turns. Stop the engine.
b. Check the track alignment with the slide runner

If the alignment is incorrect, turn the left and
right adjusters to adjust.

c. Adjust the track deflection until the specified
amount is obtained.
CAUTION:
The adjusters should be turned an equal
amount.
• Recheck alignment and deflection. If necessary,
repeat steps “a” to “c” until proper adjustment is
achieved.
• Tighten the rear axle nut.
