Take the following procedure to perform the test with MIDI
MODE.
The test is conducted using MIDI connectors, which indicates
that they are working normally, so it is not necessary to check
the [MIDI IN, OUT] connectors.
To check the [MIDI THRU] connector, send the MIDI code (AA
EF 00 55) to the [MIDI IN] connector when the unit is not in
test mode and check if the same MIDI code is transmitted from
the [MIDI THRU] connector.
Reference: The code may be shown as (EF 00 55) on the
display.

Press the [ENTER] when the first indication is shown and
the following indication will be shown. Then, insert a USB
memory into the [USB TO DEVICE] connector.
Press the [ENTER] button again to execute the test.
