TCI UNITS, FLYWHEEL AND STATOR COIL ASSEMBLY
INSTALLING THE TCI UNITS
The following procedure applies to all of the TCI units.
1.
Install:
• TCI unit
• TCI unit bolts
2.
Measure:
• TCI unit air gap
Out of specification
Adjust.
3.
Adjust:
• TCI unit air gap

a. Loosen the TCI unit bolts “1”.
b. Adjust the TCI unit air gap.
c. Tighten the TCI unit bolts “1”.
