SWP1 Owner’s Manual

• Switch 2 and 3 (VLAN PRESET)
Specifies the VLAN preset that is used when switch 1
is in the [DANTE] position. This setting is ignored if
switch 1 is set to [USER].
If you change the settings via the web GUI or a
command, the settings are applied temporarily but is
not stored; the next time the unit starts up, it returns
to the VLAN preset setting.
In the tables, “1,” “2,” and “Tr” respectively indicate
VLAN 1, VLAN 2, and trunk.

(*1) In the VLAN presets, the IGMP Snooping function is
turned on with the exception of VLAN2 in settings A
and B. In the case of settings A or B, use the VLAN 1
port for audio signals such as Dante, and use the
VLAN 2 port for control signals.
(*2) If you use setting C, connect the computer that is
using Yamaha Audio Network Monitor to the VLAN 1
port.
The SWP1-8’s 9 and 10, the SWP1-8MMF’s 10, and
the SWP1-16MMF’s 18 are available only if the MMF-
SWP1 option is installed.
