REMOVING THE CLUTCH
1. Remove:
• bolts

Loosen each bolt

of a turn in crisscross pattern.
After all the bolts are fully loosen, remove them.
NOTE:

4. Loosen:
• gear boss nut

While holding the clutch boss

with the universal
clutch holder

, loosen the boss nut.
NOTE:

5. Remove:
• nut

• lock washer

• thrust washer

• clutch housing

• Place a kinked aluminum plate

and the clutch housing

• Take care not to damage the gear teeth.
