6. Install:

fork boot

7. Fill:

front fork leg
(with the specified amount of the recom-
mended fork oil)

Quantity (each front fork leg)

0.126 L (0.11 lmp qt, 0.13 US qt)

Recommended oil

Fork oil 10W or equivalent

NOTE:

While filling the front fork leg, keep it up-
right.

After filling, slowly pump the front fork leg
up and down to distribute the fork oil.

8. Install:

fork spring

NOTE:

Install the spring with the smaller pitch fac-
ing up.

Before installing the cap bolt, lubricate its
O-ring with grease.

Temporarily tighten the cap bolt.
