Before operation
Checking the auger clutch and drive clutch for
operation malfunction
After starting the engine, operate both auger clutch
lever and drive clutch lever. Release each lever, and
make sure that the auger stops rotating and that the
Snowblower stops (See page 4-5).
Checking the chute operation
After starting the engine, make sure that the chute
direction control lever and the chute deflector control
lever operate normally (See page 2-7).
Checking any troubles noticed when previ-
ously operating the snowblower
Check and repair any trouble (including damaged
parts) noticed when last used to ensure proper and
safe operation of the Snowblower.
