Saving energy with the Eco function
Using the Eco function to reduce the amount of power consumed
by this unit.
When this function is enabled, the brightness of the front panel
display is minimized and the maximum volume is reduced.

Press the ECO key.
“ECO ON” is displayed and the front panel display turns off.
The brightness of STATUS indicator is minimized.
Disabling the Eco function
Press the ECO key.
“ECO OFF” is displayed in the front panel display.
• Disable this function for louder playback.
• When this function is enabled, “Dimmer” in the setup menu (p. 85) and “MAX
VOLUME” in the advanced setup menu (p. 89) cannot be configured.

Information regarding the input source, surround sound, and
subwoofer is displayed.

pressed. The information varies according to the input
source.
• Display in playback mode (Beam)
– SURROUND: Playback in surround mode (p. 40)
– MY SUR.: Playback using the My Surround function (p. 76)
– STEREO: Stereo playback (p. 42)
– TARGET: Playback in target playback mode (p. 42)
• Subwoofer status display (SUB Status)
– Wireless: The center unit is connected to the subwoofer via a wireless
connection (p. 29).
– None: No subwoofer is connected to the unit.
– Wired: When “Bass Out” in the setup menu is set to “Wired” (p. 76).
