6. To stop the Snowblower, lower the au-
ger to the ground and move the shift
lever to a position other than the “N”
(Neutral) position.
WARNING
Position the Snowblower on a level sur-
face. If you need to stop it on angled or
soft ground, exercise care not to fall or
move the Snowblower.
MOVING THE SNOWBLOWER
WITH THE ENGINE STOPPED
Follow the step below to move the Snow-
blower with the engine stopped.

Do not start the engine.

Position the Snowblower on a level
surface before beginning the follow-
ing procedure.
1. Remove the sprocket pin from the
sprocket wheel by pulling on the ring.
2. Insert the sprocket pin into the hole of
the wheel axle and then fold the ring of
the sprocket pin.
TIP
Remove the sprocket pin from the both side
of the wheels.

3. The sprocket wheel is now freed from
the wheel axle. Move the Snowblower
by pushing and pulling, holding the
handles.
4. After moved the Snowblower to the de-
sired position, insert the both sprocket
pins into the original places.
