Test mode usage

(1) Turn the power OFF.

(2)  While  pressing  the “▲”

  and “▼”

  keys,  turn 

the power ON.

(3)  Press  the “MODE”

  key  several  times  to  light 

 

the lamps as below.

“TENSION”

 lamp 

“END”

 lamp 

 

(4)  While  keeping  pressing  the “LOCK”

  key,  each 

solenoid functions.

(5)  Return  to  the  normal  mode  by  turning  the 

power OFF.

The  tension  releaser  solenoid 
can be tested.
The  stitch  plate  tongue  sole-
noid can be tested.

This  is  to  reset  the  memory  to  the  condition  at 

shipment.

(1) Turn the power OFF.

(2)  While  pressing  the “▲”

  and “▼”

  keys,  turn 

the power ON.

(3)  Press  the “MODE”

  key  several  times  to  light

“END”

 and 

“TENSION”

 lamps.

(4) Press the 

“LOCK”

 key and reset the memory.

“ok”

 

The memory is reset completely.

“EE”

 

The memory is in abnormal condition.

                                   (not reset)

(5) Turn the power OFF.

If the display shows 

“EE”, make contact with the 

agency where you buy this equipment.

(1) Turn the power OFF.

(2)  While  pressing  the “▲”

  and “▼”

  keys,  turn 

the power ON.

(3)  Press  the “MODE”

  key  several  times  to  light 

the 

“START”

 and 

“END”

 lamps.

     The fabric sensor is covered.

    The fabric sensor is not covered.

(4) Turn the power OFF.
