5. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Take care about general safety regulation
Start operating
Pushing the switch (2) on the handle the belt sander will start to operate. For continuos operation
push, after starting, the selflock button (1).
Adjust belt centre with through the knob ( 4)
ATTENTION : Remember to un lock the switch on case of current lack, by a
pressure on switch (2). This operation will avoid accident due to undesired
starting.
ATTENTION !
: Substitute always both carbon brushes in the same occasion.
6.b Normal Maintenance
This angle grinder has been studied to last long with an easy maintenance.
Keep clean the ventilation windows on machine body by a dry cloth.
6. MAINTENANCE
Before set up the machine be sure that the plug is disconnected
from the net
.
Belt changing
Lift the safety lever pushing completely forward.
Unthread the old belt and put on a new one.
Lower again the safety lock lever, stretching the new belt.
Brushes substitution
The following instructions are the same for both sides of angle grinder.
•
Unscrew the screw on the cover
•
Unscrew the Brush cap
•
Remove the old brush
•
Insert the new carbon brush
•
Screw the brush cap
•
Place the cover and screw.
