6. INSTALLING ELECTRODES
When 3-stage electrode is used

) Insert the upper electrode into the slide rail.
ⅱ
) Install the lower electrode onto the bottom of the chamber.
ⅲ
) Install shelf board electrode slide pins into upper and lower screw holes on each of shelf pegs.

At this time, install truss screws (M4×6) to those unused screw holes.
